The following is a systematic analysis of the storage shelf attic platform, integrating the core structure, application scenarios and technical specifications:
Core structure and functional characteristics
Modular hierarchical design With medium/heavy shelf columns as the support body, a 2-3-story steel structure platform is built. The floor is made of cold-rolled steel (bearing capacity 200-1500kg/m2) or patterned steel plate to achieve vertical expansion of space. The fully assembled structure does not require welding and supports rapid disassembly and reorganization.

Supporting equipment: stairs, hydraulic lifting platforms or freight elevators to achieve vertical freight forwarding; light cars assist in upper sorting.
Load-bearing classification: flexible adaptation to the storage needs of light foam parts (≤300kg/m2), medium-sized parts (300-500kg/m2) and heavy equipment (>500kg/m2).
Spatial efficiency mechanism Under the condition that the net height of the warehouse is ≥4.5 meters, the construction of a two-story platform can increase the effective storage area by 60%-100%; if the height exceeds 6 meters, the three-storey design can be expanded by more than twice.
